• Eligibility
  • This opportunity is only available to AAdvantage Executive Platinum® and AAdvantage Platinum® members who must have this elite status as of or after March 1, 2010 and must be legally residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of bidding.
  • This prize is for the highest winning bidder and one guest. The prize is non-transferable. All purchases made through the Auction are final. No mileage refunds will be made. Employees and agents of Sponsor, Administrator and each of its/their parent(s) and affiliates, agencies, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, and members of such employees' immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible to participate.
• Air Transportation
  • Air travel will be provided with highest class of service available. Winner is responsible for the full cost of transportation to and from the closest American Airlines United States departure city and their place of residence. If auction winner resides within a 150 mile radius of Louisville, Kentucky, air transportation will not be provided for prize winner and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
• Hotel Accommodations
  • One standard room, double occupancy, will be provided for Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Galt House Hotel and Suites.
• Other
  • Winner(s is/are) responsible for any applicable fees, service charges, surcharges, and all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Prize(s is/are) provided as is and without any warranty of any kind. Prize(s is/are) non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Shipping Availability

• Shipping is included in the mileage price of the item. A physical mailing address within the United States is required to ship any documents regarding this event. Cannot ship to a PO Box.

Fulfillment

• Once the auction has closed, your elite status will be validated as well as any other eligibility requirements as shown in the Terms and Conditions on this page. You may be asked to fill out an affidavit of eligibility before the prize is awarded. Please allow 5-7 business days after the auction has closed for you to be contacted by an American Airlines representative to discuss the details of your prize, including scheduling your flight arrangements. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and the second highest bidder will be contacted and offered the prize at the highest bid that bidder placed.
